His estimate was within 2.5% of the actual contract and this with some additional cost he obviously took care of without question. We were amazed with the tile work from Michael at American Surfaces! He arrived on time every one of days he was at our home to work. All of the Tiles were Level, and Plum at the end of the job, and this was definitely not task I could have done myself. Considering everything he had done for us the price was very reasonable!
